It's $10 a month to get in the room · cancel whenever you want. You won't.

You've seen the videos. This is the room behind them.

The next time somebody says "that's too expensive," you'll know exactly what to say. And the next time you catch yourself putting it off again, you'll know what to do about that too. Everything I talk about in my videos, written out all the way, and the people who are actually doing it.

$10a month
That's it. Ten dollars gets you in the room.
I WANT IN
Pick your door below. $10 for the room, or $50 for the room, a live call with me every week, and The Come Up.
Whether you're building something or just trying to get your own head right, same ten dollars, same room.

Who's already in there

I've been building this room for years. Now I'm opening the door.

This isn't something I threw together last month. The room's been running for years, and until now you had to be invited. It's the most incredible room I've ever built, and I've been in a lot of rooms.

Not because of the money in it, though there's plenty. Because everybody in there is actually doing the thing, and they'll tell you the truth about it.

Founders
Building something real, in the middle of it right now.
CEOs
Running companies with payroll, people, and problems.
Family offices
The people who actually write the checks.
Private equity funds
The ones deciding what's worth buying.
People working on themselves
Some of them run companies. Some of them don't and never will. They're here for the thing that's been sitting in their head for a year, and the room is just as good for that.

You kept asking me how to get in. So here it is. I'm opening it to everyone, and I made the door ten dollars so nobody gets to use money as the excuse.

Life is about access. The right people. The right way of thinking. Somebody who'll look at your deal, your business, or what's going on in your head and tell you what's actually happening. That's what this is. You're not buying content. You're getting in the room.

Ten dollars a month. Pick your door below.

Think about the last time you came down on your price.

Somebody pushed back. You didn't want to lose it, so you came down. Not a lot. A little, to close it. Now think about how many times you've done that this year. Put a number on it. That's what not having the words ready has cost you, and it's more than ten dollars.

If you're not selling anything, run that math on something else. How long ago did you first say you were going to start the thing? Put a number on that one. It's years, not dollars, and years cost more.

A reel is sixty seconds. I get to give you the idea and then it's gone. Three days later somebody says you're too expensive, and the idea isn't there. The idea was never the hard part. Having it in front of you when they push is. That's what the room is for.

What's in there

Everything from the videos, and the parts that don't fit in a video.

Half of what's in here is about business. The other half is about the person running it, and plenty of people in the room never touch the business side at all.

The Rebuttal Library
This is the one people ask me about most. Every time somebody pushes back on you, "that's too expensive," "let me think about it," "the other guy is cheaper," there's a page for it. What's really going on, why the obvious answer loses, and the exact words to say instead. All in one place, so you're not scrolling my page looking for the one you saw last month.
✓
A note from me every morning
I write one every day, before my day starts. It's short, it's whatever I'm actually thinking about that morning, a deal, a call that went sideways, something I got wrong, and it's in the room by the time you wake up. It's the closest thing to sitting down with me for coffee. Most people open this first.
✓
The course on your own head
Visualization and mental toughness. Ten short lessons on why picturing the win makes most people worse at getting it, and what to do instead. It's in there, it's finished, and it costs nothing extra.
✓
A place to ask me anything
Stuck on a deal, a price, a hire, a partner, whatever. Post it. Me and the room answer.
✓
The people
You can see who's in there and message them yourself. A lot of them have paid me to learn how to raise money, structure their deals, or work on their business or their life. So they're doing real things, not just watching. That's not who's in your comments section.
✓
Wins
Real ones, from real people in the room, with what they did to get there. Good to read on the days you don't feel like any of this works.
✓
Somewhere to go on a bad day
People post what they're working on and what they're grateful for, every morning. Hundreds of them in there already. Sounds soft until it's a Tuesday and nothing is going your way.
✓
Events you can come to
In person and online, including the ones I show up to myself.
✓
Books that are actually worth it
The ones people finished, and what they got out of them.
✓
Platform One
If you already run a business doing over a million a year, this is how you get in front of me and my team for the real work.

What you're actually walking into

This is what it looks like on your phone.

The Wealth Circle app on two phones, showing the Start Here and Lounge spaces and the content library
Every space you just read about is a tap away. Not a website you forget the login to.The Wealth Circle, in the Circle app
So you can see what I mean

Here's one page out of the Rebuttal Library.

"That's too expensive."
When somebody says that, most people do one of two things, and both of them cost you money.
The first is you start defending the price. You explain what goes into it and why it's fair. But now you're the one explaining yourself, and in any conversation about money, whoever is explaining is losing.
The second is you drop the price a little. Feels like the nice move. But what you just told them is that your first number was never real, so now every number you ever give them is a starting point.
Here's the third thing. Say it relaxed, like you've heard it a thousand times, because you have.
You say
"Too expensive compared to what?"
Then let them answer, because the answer tells you everything. Compared to another quote? Now you can talk about what's in yours that isn't in theirs. Compared to what they expected? Now you walk them through what the work involves, because they clearly don't know yet. Compared to what they have right now? That's not a price problem, that's a timing problem, and you can work with timing.
One question, and "too expensive" stopped being a wall and turned back into a conversation. Most people fold at those two words. They hear a verdict. It was never a verdict.
That's one page. There's one for every push back you've ever heard, and holding your price one time pays for this room for the next twenty years.
What's on the shelf

Every one of these is a page inside.

Somebody actually said each of these to a business owner. What they're really doing, why the normal answer loses, and the words to say instead.

The lowball"That's too expensive""Can you do better on price?""The other guy is cheaper""This only took you an hour""That's my final offer""Let me think about it"When they go silent"We don't have the budget right now""What's your budget?""We went with someone else""One more quick thing""I need this by Friday"Renegotiating after the work is done"We'll pay you in exposure"The friend price"I know the owner"Raising your pricesThe invoice that's lateFiring a clientAsking for a raise"What are your salary expectations?""Is that your best price?"The mechanic's list"This price is only good today""I've got an opportunity for you"The question mark"Sell me this pen"

Pick the one that made you wince. That's the one to read first.

Why it's ten dollars

I wanted the door to be easy to walk through.

Nick Ayala
Nick Ayala

You already know what I do. I've raised and/or advised on over $2 billion, and the videos about how that actually works get over 40 million views a month on Instagram and another 30 to 40 million on Facebook.

I could charge a lot more for this room and people would pay it. I didn't, because the people who need it most are the ones who'd talk themselves out of a bigger number. Ten dollars is low enough that you can't use money as the excuse. If you never spend another dollar with me, I'm still glad you're in.

Who this is not for.

If you want to keep watching from the outside, keep watching. The videos are free and they'll stay free.

This is for the person who's tired of nodding at the reel and then doing the same thing they always do. You'll still have to do the work. Nobody in there is going to make the call for you.

Questions people ask

The real ones.

"What happens when I click the button?"
You pay ten dollars, you make a login, and you're in. Takes about a minute. Start with the Rebuttal Library, it's the first thing everybody goes looking for.
"Is this just the videos again?"
No. The videos are the short version. In the room it's written out all the way, with the reasoning and what to do when they push back a second time. And you can ask when you get stuck, which you can't do with a reel.
"What's the difference between the $10 and the $50?"
Same room. At $50 you're also on a live call with me every Tuesday at 4:30 Eastern, and you get The Come Up. That's my program for the one thing that's actually in your way. Eight for your life, eight for your business. You find yours, you get the playbook for it, and you do one thing a day until it's gone. If you just want to read and ask, take the $10. If you want me in there with you while you do the work, take the $50.
"Ten dollars. What's the catch?"
There isn't one. It's the front door. There are bigger things inside that cost more, and none of them are required.
"I don't raise money or do deals. Is it still for me?"
Yes, and a lot of people in there aren't selling anything. There's a course on visualization and mental toughness, a space where people post what they're working through every morning, and the note I write before my day starts, which is more about how I think than what I do. Some of them came in for that and never opened the sales stuff.
"How do I cancel?"
From your own account, whenever you want. Nobody calls you. You won't want to, though.
From people in the room

Don't take my word for it.

People who are in there right now, in their own words.

The Wealth Circle helped me refine my pitch and positioning, which led to being selected to present Golfmerce at the 2026 PGA Show. Pitching on the PGA stage in front of industry leaders created real momentum and visibility. This is just the beginning.

Using The Wealth Circle, I negotiated $850K in seller-held equity on a 74-unit deal with a simple conversation. Proof that when you know what to ask, everything changes.

The momentum has been unreal. I closed a deal two weeks ago, put another property under contract, and raised 100% of the capital in under 24 hours. This mentorship works.
