It's $10 a month to get in the room · cancel whenever you want. You won't.

You've seen the videos. This is the room behind them.

The next time somebody asks what you're working on, you'll have an answer you're not embarrassed by. Everything I talk about in my videos, written out all the way, and a room full of people who are already doing it.

$10a month
That's it. Ten dollars gets you in the room.
I WANT IN
Pick your door below. $10 for the room, or $50 for the room, a live call with me every week, and The Come Up.
I write the morning note every single day. Get in tonight and tomorrow's is the first thing you read.

Who's already in there

I've been building this room for years. Now I'm opening the door.

This isn't something I threw together last month. The room's been running for years, and until now you had to be invited. It's the most incredible room I've ever built, and I've been in a lot of rooms.

Not because of the money in it, though there's plenty. Because everybody in there is actually doing the thing, and they'll tell you the truth about it.

Founders
Building something real, in the middle of it right now.
CEOs
Running companies with payroll, people, and problems.
Family offices
The people who actually write the checks.
Private equity funds
The ones deciding what's worth buying.
People working on themselves
Some of them run companies. Some of them don't and never will. They're here for the thing that's been sitting in their head for a year, and the room is just as good for that.

Four of those five are people you're not. That's on purpose, and it's the reason to be here.

You kept asking me how to get in. So here it is. I'm opening it to everyone, and I made the door ten dollars so nobody gets to use money as the excuse.

Life is about access. The right people. The right way of thinking. Somebody who'll look at what's going on in your head, your plan, or your business and tell you what's actually happening. That's what this is. You're not buying content. You're getting in the room.

The part nobody tells you

The fastest way to become one of them is to be in the room before you are.

Most of the people in here run something. Founders, operators, people who write the checks. You don't need a business to walk in, and nobody is going to ask you for one at the door.

What you get is proximity. You get to watch how they talk about money, how they decide things, how they handle it when something falls apart on a Tuesday. You find out fairly quickly that none of them knew what they were doing when they started either. That's the part the videos can't give you.

And the day you finally charge somebody for something, every word you need is already sitting in there. Most people find that part about two months in, right when they need it.

I WANT IN
Ten dollars a month. Pick your door below.

Think about where you said you'd be by now.

You had a number in your head, or a job, or a thing you were going to start. You said it out loud to somebody once. Now work out how long ago that was. Put a number on it. Not dollars, years. That's the real price of this, and it's a lot more than ten dollars.

A reel is sixty seconds. I hand you the idea and then it's gone. Three days later you're in the same week doing the same things, and the idea isn't there. The idea was never the hard part. Being around people who already did it is. That's what the room is for.

Where this goes

Six months from now, somebody asks what you're working on.

And you tell them. You don't mumble it or make it smaller than it is. You've been at it every morning for a while now. There's a room full of people who know what you're building, a few of them already did it, and a couple of them told you exactly where you were about to mess it up. You're not the one watching anymore.

Everything below is just how that happens.

What's in there

Everything from the videos, and the parts that don't fit in a video.

Half of what's in here is about the person you are when nobody is watching. The other half is about business, and plenty of people in the room never touch that side at all.

✓
The course on your own head
Visualization and mental toughness. Ten short lessons on why picturing the win makes most people worse at getting it, and what to do instead. It's in there, it's finished, and it costs nothing extra.
✓
A note from me every morning
I write one every day, before my day starts. It's short, it's whatever I'm actually thinking about that morning, a deal, a call that went sideways, something I got wrong, and it's in the room by the time you wake up. It's the closest thing to sitting down with me for coffee. Most people open this first.
✓
Somewhere to go on a bad day
People post what they're working on and what they're grateful for, every morning. Hundreds of them in there already. Sounds soft until it's a Tuesday and nothing is going your way.
✓
A place to ask me anything
Stuck on what to start, a decision you keep putting off, a price, a partner, whatever. Post it. Me and the room answer.
✓
The people
You can see who's in there and message them yourself. A lot of them have paid me to learn how to raise money, structure their deals, or work on their business or their life. So they're doing real things, not just watching. That's not who's in your comments section.
✓
Wins
Real ones, from real people in the room, with what they did to get there. Good to read on the days you don't feel like any of this works.
✓
The Rebuttal Library
It's in here too, and it's the one the business people ask about most. Every time somebody pushes back on you, "that's too expensive," "let me think about it," "the other guy is cheaper," there's a page for it. What's really going on, why the obvious answer loses, and the exact words to say instead. All in one place, so you're not scrolling my page looking for the one you saw last month.
✓
Events you can come to
In person and online, including the ones I show up to myself.
✓
Books that are actually worth it
The ones people finished, and what they got out of them.
✓
Platform One
Where a lot of them end up. If you ever run a business doing over a million a year, this is how you get in front of me and my team for the real work.

What you're actually walking into

This is what it looks like on your phone.

The Wealth Circle app on two phones, showing the Start Here and Lounge spaces and the content library
Every space you just read about is a tap away. Not a website you forget the login to.The Wealth Circle, in the Circle app
So you can see what I mean

Here's one lesson out of the course on your own head.

The daydream that costs you.
Some people were about to get a new hip. The night before surgery somebody asked them how much time they spent picturing themselves walking again with no pain. Some of them pictured it constantly. They loved thinking about it.
Those people healed worse. After the surgery a doctor measured how far each hip could bend, and the ones who daydreamed the most could bend it the least.
That is the opposite of what everybody tells you to do.
Here's why it happens. Your head can't fully tell the difference between picturing the thing and having the thing. So when you sit there enjoying the finished version, some part of you files it as done, and the part that was supposed to get up and do the work quietly stands down. You already got the feeling. You just skipped the work.
So instead
Picture the work, not the win.
Not the day you're in shape. The alarm going off, the cold floor, putting your shoes on when you'd rather not. Not the launch. The hour on a Tuesday night where you write the boring part nobody claps for.
The people who pictured the hard mornings did better than the people who pictured the finish line. Same amount of daydreaming, pointed at a different thing.
That's one lesson. There are ten of them, they run about five minutes each, and they're sitting in there right now.
Heard in the room

Things people said out loud in here.

Some of these got said to somebody. Some of them they said to themselves at two in the morning.

"So what do you do?""How's that thing going?""Wait, you're still there?""I've been meaning to start something""Must be nice""I'll start when the kids are older""That's not really for people like me""I'm not a risk taker""I don't have the time""I'm too old to start over""I'm good at this. Could I actually charge for it?""Everybody in there owns a business. I don't belong""I still don't know what my thing is""I start strong and quit around week three""I know exactly what to do. I just don't do it""What would they say if I actually did it"

Pick the one that made you wince. That's where to start.

Why it's ten dollars

I wanted the door to be easy to walk through.

Nick Ayala
Nick Ayala

You already know what I do. I've raised and/or advised on over $2 billion, and the videos about how that actually works get over 40 million views a month on Instagram and another 30 to 40 million on Facebook.

I could charge a lot more for this room and people would pay it. I didn't, because the people who need it most are the ones who'd talk themselves out of a bigger number. Ten dollars is low enough that you can't use money as the excuse. If you never spend another dollar with me, I'm still glad you're in.

Who this is not for.

If you want to keep watching from the outside, keep watching. The videos are free and they'll stay free.

This is for the person who's tired of nodding at the reel and then doing the same thing they always do. You'll still have to do the work. Nobody in there is going to make the call for you.

Questions people ask

The real ones.

"What happens when I click the button?"
You pay ten dollars, you make a login, and you're in. Takes about a minute. Start with the course on your own head. It's ten short lessons and it's what I'd open first.
"Is this just the videos again?"
No. The videos are the short version. In the room it's written out all the way, with the reasoning, and with what to do on the mornings it isn't working. And you can ask when you get stuck, which you can't do with a reel.
"What's the difference between the $10 and the $50?"
Same room. At $50 you're also on a live call with me every Tuesday at 4:30 Eastern, and you get The Come Up. That's my program for the one thing that's actually in your way. Eight for your life, eight for your business. You find yours, you get the playbook for it, and you do one thing a day until it's gone. If you just want to read and ask, take the $10. If you want me in there with you while you do the work, take the $50.
"Ten dollars. What's the catch?"
There isn't one. It's the front door. There are bigger things inside that cost more, and none of them are required.
"I'm not trying to build a business. Is it still for me?"
Yes, and a lot of people in there aren't selling anything. There's a course on visualization and mental toughness, a space where people post what they're working through every morning, and the note I write before my day starts, which is more about how I think than what I do. Some of them came in for that and never opened the sales stuff.
"How do I cancel?"
From your own account, whenever you want. Nobody calls you. You won't want to, though.
From people in the room

Most of these are business wins.

That's the point. This is the room you'd be walking into, and none of these people started out sounding like this.

The Wealth Circle helped me refine my pitch and positioning, which led to being selected to present Golfmerce at the 2026 PGA Show. Pitching on the PGA stage in front of industry leaders created real momentum and visibility. This is just the beginning.

Using The Wealth Circle, I negotiated $850K in seller-held equity on a 74-unit deal with a simple conversation. Proof that when you know what to ask, everything changes.

The momentum has been unreal. I closed a deal two weeks ago, put another property under contract, and raised 100% of the capital in under 24 hours. This mentorship works.
